Bachelor's work contains a technical description of the theme to the processed object documentation at the level of implementation of the project, the drawing also contains an annex and heat appliance assessment of the object. The project has been the progressive processing from the originally proposed architectural solutions by the relevant technical and professional documents, in particular in the field of construction of ground structures, static, fire safety and technical equipment of buildings. The final total of the development is the result of work carried out by ongoing work during the previous semesters bachelor´s degree. The location of the proposed new sectional apartment house is in the town of Trnava site designed from the territorial plan for the housing units providing services. The site is designed primarily as a sprawling residential area, which is occupied by residential homes and a large part of the territory is stopped by family houses. From the South side of the building is oriented to the Pacific environment surrounding a vast land areas. The favourable location in terms of social amenities allows quick access to the city centre, to the city's train station and speedway. A draft of the object is processed in order to provide a pleasant environment for living and relaxation. Apartment building consists of 6 storeys, on which there are 30 housing units and 1 floor, whose purpose it is designed for garage parking and technical background of the object. Ground floor disposes of 45 parking spaces, supplemented by 14 above-ground parking spaces proposed at the entrance to an apartment building. On the first floor there are 2 two-room housing units, designed three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment suited for the requirements of persons with reduced movement, to which one parking place in the underground garage as well as investigate the reserved for difficult people with disabilities. Apartments on the first floor are designed with garden terraces and each has its own fenced garden-oriented to the inner courtyard of an apartment building. On the second to fifth floors are located 6 residential units and 2 two-room, 3 three-room and 1 four-room apartment..The sixth floor is a floor with 2 apartments retreating. The use and arrangement of the land makes it possible to provide space for relaxation and recreation. The object is designed in accordance with the applicable standards and meets all the requirements of the STN EN-quality of housing.
