The topic of diploma thesis is management of wild animals processing.The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide information about the management process of the processing of wild animal in Slovakia. In diploma thesis we deal with the issue of wild animals management. The diploma theses includes the procedure of processing management from wild animals hunting, the process of processing wild animals in processing plants, which deal with the purchase of animals, processing of wild animals, storage of animals and subsequentsale of meat from the animals to the final consumer, or to other EU countries.The thesis also describes the principles and conditions of processing the wild animals at the processing plant. An important part of the thesis is also a proposal to improve the promotion of wild animals products and improve sales management.
