The thesis deals with flora of vascular plants and vegetation of the Nature Reserve Vysoký vrch. The Nature Reserve is located in the Čierna hora sub-area and belongs to the territory of European meaning Stredné Pohornádie. There is a 5th degree of nature conservation in the entire nature reserve. By inventory and documentation of flora we confirmed the occurrence including european significant and protected Pulsatilla slavica. By comparing the data of flora with the older works from the area of interest, we founded 34 unrecorded plants. The variability of natural, especially soil conditions on limestone bases is manifested by the occurrence of a diverse range of species with different ecological requirements in a small area. To maintain the favorable habitat status for the European important species Pulsatilla slavica on the species - rich meadow of Poľana, we propose its incorporation into a protected area.
