Goal of this Bachelor´s assignment is to propose multifunctional residential buildingat Galvaniho street in Bratislava within the city district of Trnavka with focus on solvingdisclosure situation of residential area away from Galvaniho street. Analysis has shown thatrelated ground is flat. Efforts were put to proposing a mass which will react with the newbuilt-up area in this locality. Within the existing residential area has been an inspirationground plan of residential block with a shape of letter E spreading from the street of Nakrizovatkach which was taken into account while proposing the last storey of themultifunctional building by creating terraces.The first above-ground floor is used for public services and the rest of floors are fitted withresidential units.The goal of this Bachelor´s assignment was to create a study and a project forconstruction permission which required structural-technical adaptation of the entireconstruction.
