The subject of my dissertation is a study of the reconstruction of the selected object of Viva, located in Bratislava, in the district Trnávka, in Rožňavská street. The building is located in a busy crowded area with amenities and small-scale productions on the northwest and family houses and low-rise residential buildings on the south-east side. Nearby is a petrol station - Shell and store of construction materials - Baumax. Selecting the function for building, I was trying to add missing features relax and knowledge in this area and create a small community center for residents of all ages in this area. CASA VERDE center will provide an extraordinary experience, comfort and relaxation with the use of atypical interior elements that are made-to- measure for function and size of the building. Inspiration for the interior design is mainly nature and greenery. Nature and greenery are therefore an indispensable part of human life. There are located all around us, whether to a greater or lesser extent. Whereas object is in city area mostly filled with buildings, I wanted to "bring" a bit of nature closer to people, to enable them to spend their free time in a pleasant environment. The building is furnished atypically, widely used are "green walls", walls overgrown with vegetation. Green has a positive impact on man and also as air condition, which maintains the proper temperature and humidity during the year. Also works as a natural air filter, which is desirable in this busy site with increased dust. It is involved in producing life-giving oxygen. The main idea is to create a new unique multifunctional building that will provide enjoyable moments for families with children, people looking for adrenalin, education, or possess only a cup of coffee.
