The aim of diploma work is to elaborate project of multifunction complex with hotel and apartment habitation on Čulenova Street in Bratislava. Project covers all aspect and requirements of architecture project. Proposed solution of multifunction hotel complex follows concept of pre-diploma project. Basic concept relies on idea of green transverse axis across Bratislava. Idea of green is supported in design by green roofs, walls and opened loggias. Proposed object provides temporary habitation in high tower fully equipped and with many services, shops, gastronomic and wellness services. Proposal contains administrative spaces, also multifunction and conference rooms. Multifunction hotel complex is located in wider center of Bratislava town; selected area is dedicated for construction of high buildings. Proposed solution is trying to find optimal model between developer's interests to maximize profit of this location and human-friendly area suitable for habitation with direct connection to city park and culture facilities.
