V prvej časti sa zaoberá komplexnou analýzou procesu výroby pneumatiky od prípravy polotovaru až po konfekciu. Obsahom tejto časti je aj pomenovanie problémových častí a ich následný vplyv na výsledné parametre autoplášťa. Jadro práce tvorí optimalizačný návrh zlepšenia konfekčného kostrového bubna. Na dosiahnutie želaných zlepšovacích výsledkov bola aplikovaná svetovo uznávaná metodika TRIZ. Práca obsahuje analýzu technického systému, identifikuje problematické časti, definuje technické, fyzikálne rozpory a možnosti ich odstránenia. Metodický postup riešenia vygeneroval možnosti pre správny postup riešenia a možný optimalizačný návrh. Následne nato obsahuje súbor testovacích simulácii v stave pred a po optimalizácii. Záver práce popisuje dosiahnuté výsledky a vývojový postup pre možnosti testovania skúmaného zariadenia.

In the first part it deals with a complex analysis of the tire production process, from the preparation of the semifinished product to the tire fitting. The content of this part is also the naming of problematic parts and their subsequent influence on the resulting parameters of the air tire. The core of the work is an optimization design for the improvement of the construction Bladderles drum. The world-renowned TRIZ methodology was applied to achieve the desired improvement results. The work contains analysis of technical system, identifies problematic parts, defines the technical and physical contradictions and possibilities of their removal. The methodical approach to the solution the task has generated options for the right solution and possible optimization. Subsequently, a set of test simulations will be available before and after optimizationThe conclusion of the work describes the achieved results and the development process for the testing possibilities of the examined equipment.
