The aim of my work was to develop the project of revitalization for a residential panel building in the district of Petrzalka, introduce modern standards of housing, the needs of the demographic composition of the region and provides a new view at contemporary architecture connected with panel housing. This work redesign layout, facades and solve parking problems, which having big influence at public space surrounding the residential buildings. The house has structural system labeled like P1.14- 6.5RP / BA /. Rationalization during construction limited possibilities of intervention into the construction. My task was to find their limits and offer variable solutions for this system.
