The aim of thesis was to design of the project for zoning and planning decision of the City Hall and the Pavilion of art in the park of holy Ignatius in Leopoldov. The project is based on the guidelines of the architectural competition announced the town of Leopoldov. Solved site is situated in the historic centre of the city, not far from the renovated central square and the park of holy Ignatius. The main goal in the design was a fulfillment of the intent of the city to deliver city character for Leopoldov, create a new representative of the socio-cultural center, part of which is the modern building of the City Hall along with a library and connect them to reconstructed park. The concept consists of 4 separate buildings: the building of the City Hall, City library, warehouses for maintenance of the city and the Pavilion of art in the park holy Ignatius. The ground plan shapes of the objects are derived from the shape of the land, street lines and urban lines. Mass object is its cubic architecture at first glance differ from residential buildings in the area, thereby clearly signalling its different purpose. They become dominant in their space, however, without violent disruption to the surrounding scale.
