The elaborated diploma thesis contains a technical description and drawings of the recovered building of the public building in the village of Mojmírovce and the proposed additional object of the apartment hotel with a restaurant and a social hall. Drawing documentation is processed at the level of the implementation project and contains documentation of the existing state of the building, burglary and proposed works on the first above ground floor and documentation of the new state of the social building with the additional object. The proposed solution results from the functional requirements for the operation of the buildings and the elaborated architectural documents. The text part contains a description of the technical information about the objects solved, the proposed work on the renovated social building and the specification of the proposed building. The basic information on the characteristics of the territory of the building, the urban, the architectural and the building-technical solution of the objects is given. The text part further separately solves the technical description of the existing state and the proposed solution for the building of the social building and a separate technical description and design of the building of the additional object. The thesis also contains attachments, thermal-technical fragments assessments and energy assessment of objects.
