AbstraktFilčák Marek: building-technical project ”Rezidencie Pri Mýte, Bratislava”Slovak University of technology in Bratislava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, department of building technologydiploma thesis, 101 pages, 2018 The fast and effective construction belongs to carefully made construction-technology building project. Main task of my final work was, made this design of the site for the rough construction, and for the finishing process of the appartment complex Pri Mýte. To the project I made technical report to the constraction side, whith contains also the technical drawing. It consists of the situation construciton site for the gross building and extra for the finishing processes. Nextly I worked on three vairants of lifting machines. Separate chapter is focused on the specific problem calculation of mechine cost per hour first variant lifting mechines. For the calculation I choosed program Cenkros and materials from the Cenkros company, which is making services, montage and selling of the cranes.
