The overall objective of the project was the creation of residential villas in the King Valley in complying with relevant regulations of the residence of ambassador. Luxury location in the old town of Bratislava provides excellent conditions for development in the construction of this kind. The project seeks to take full advantage of the land and provide the best conceptual and operational solutions. The building is designed to stay with the family of Ambassador in our country and has also provided a social function for receiving visits. Merging the two functionally different units within one building has to have regard to the site and installation of land, which provides exceptional lay in terms of geographical conditions. Residential villa should be in the form of "senior housing" but also must uvädomiť his second feature which allows it revives and bring to solving formal layout and new features such as atriums and landscaping, outdoor patios or extended structures.
