The aim of the bachelor thesis was a proposal of a villa of an ambassador. The proposed object is used for a private living, but it also includes spaces used for social events related to the work of the ambassador. The Addressed parcel is located in Kralovske udolie street in a pleasant environment close to the castle. The location provides a view of the opposite floodplain forests, the Danube river and a large part of the city. The location, the environment and the purpose of the building lead the concept of the proposal by principle "see everything, but not be seen". The proposal of the villa was influenced by two main determinants. The first was the specific needs of the disposition and functional division of the object and the second was the work with the terrain and the effort to provide a unique view for the owners. The starting point of these two factors is the proposal of the residential villa, consisting of two non-collineral wings with a different function, social and private. The emergent space between these parts of the building is closed from the north side by single-storey "binder", which also joins functions. The drafting of the material of the object offers the opportunity for a creation of a private garden area where unwanted, disturbing influences from the street or the surrounding buildings are captured by the very architecture. The different functional content of the objects is represented by using different surface materials and colours. The volume and the matrial are about the same proportion, however they have different integration into the terrain. The private residential part corresponds to the standard luxury 5 bedroom flat. The social part of the building reflects the requirements of receiving visits of an ambassador and the corresponding service.
