The goal was to design a residential bulding for an ambassador and his family. From the architectural view it's a building with specific type of building. This design includes project for permission of building emplacement and also the project for contruction permission. The designed building is emplaced in Bratislava -- Old town on the street Kráľovské údolie. It is a two-storey house with basement level. The object is situated on a slopy side to the south. Heigh differences where solved by terrace-cascades. There's a quality view to the river Dunaj. All the STN normative where respected and used in this project. As well as the constructional, fire resistance and building physics determinants. There was a great emphasis on the future tendencies in technical predictions.
