Residential villa was an interesting topic and it attract me mainly because of lucrative place where it will be located - in the Royal Valley in Bratislava directly over the magnificent panorama. The mainly advantage of this land is the south-west orientation, almost the whole day illuminated area and also it offers views of Austria and the dead arm of the Danube River. Vila fits into this environment also with its functional perspective because it is located close to other residential buildings. My goal would be primarily used benefits of the land and positioned the building into the environment where it will look exceptionally but not disruptive in connection with the surrounding area. Residential villa should affect the surroundings by representative impression that I would like to achieve directly through the architecture of the building. The terrain is a little atypical because it is sloping and therefore I will not design of the building to a height, but rather into the terrain. Residential villa is designed for private housing ambassador with his family and secondly to serve on various social events, presentations and other representative events. Private housing part should be separated from the social part, especially in order to maintain your privacy. The aim of this construction is therefore combine these two functions which are related to one person so that both achieve a reasonable comfort. Convert this idea into the architecture means for me to create two separate objects and connect them in a neutral manner.
