The subject of this bachelor's project was a residential villa. The building site is located on southern faced part of the mountain Bôrik, in Staré mesto - Bratislava. The building site is on a new-built street with a spectacular view of Petžalka and across the state boarder to Austria. The planned surrounding construction should be with the height maximum of 2 floors, mainly containing of family houses or residential villas. The assignment was to design a representative building to fulfill the needs of an ambassador housing and to respect the location regulations by drawing all the needed plans for construction approval. The object is supposed to incorporate 3 different functions. Luxury living standards of a 4-5 room flat with all amenities, a separated social part for official meetings and organizing diplomatic parties and living space for the diplomatic "servant". My architectural design consists of two combined cubicles by creating a visually complete and relaxed building to fit in and respect the architectural standards of the location. The building is divided into three parts, each for its separate function and being able to be used on its own without unnecessary mixing. Each part of the design is fully exploiting the advantages of the location and the stunning view.
