The bachelor thesis is focused on the design of a new built residential villa for Ambassador at the land costs and building permits. Residential villa is situated in the new emerging residential zone in the King Valley, which is located on the northwest outskirts of the capital Bratislava. The architectural layout is based on the slope of the terrain, the building follows the terrain. The urban and architectural perspective intends to propose a residential villa, which will not only perform all necessary and required functions, but which will also be suitably incorporated in a very specific character of the landscape.
