Bratislava: SvF STU, 2018.The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of the project documentation for a proposed new building located in the city cadastre Lipany, in the district of Sabinov, on plot number 1263/1, 1277/1. The building is set on flat terrain in the unbuilt part. The aquapark is designed as a stand-alone building with two above ground floors and one underground storey for technology. An alternative source of energy is used, namely geothermal energy for air heating and water heating. The building, the dressing room and the wellness area is S-shaped and the swimming pool hall has the shape of a shell. On the first floor of the building, there are swimming pools, dressing rooms and wellness. On the second floor, there are fitness, relaxation rooms and offices. The building will serve for rest, regeneration and relaxation. There is a relaxing pool with attractions such as buble bath, whirlpool bath, hydromassage, steam room, Finnish sauna and massages.
