The theme of the final thesis is the land and architectonic modification of the selected areas of the municipality Bernolákovo. Concretely it is concerned with the complex arrangement of the streets Gaštanová Avenue and Strojárenská Street and with the resolving of entrance area to the castle, locality of Várdomb, and the proposal of a new park by the Čierna Voda. The selected street area extends along the west fencing of the golf course situated in the historical garden of the castle. The park by the Čierna Voda is situated on the left bank of the river Čierna voda near the village, and the main entrance is from Trnavská Street. The thesis consists of the textual and the graphic part. The introduction deals with historical development of the village residence and points out the nowadays problem of village suburbanization. Further it deals with the importance, classificatin and standards of greenery in the countryside. It presents nowadays trends connected with the solution of public areas in the village and revitalisation of the village in our country and abroad with respect to the preservation of contemporary country conditions. The conclusion summarizes the results of the thesis acquired on the basis of subject methodology chosen in advance. The follow-up part is made of appendixes. They present the graphic solution of the problem, include the description, analysis and design part focused on the municipality Bernolákovo and the selected village areas. The thesis offers the whole view on the nowadays village residences and the possibilities of their further development with respect to the preservation of distictivness, connection of the residence and the land through the vegetation and the creation of adequate amount of public village areas. The result of the thesis is the land and architectonic modification of the selected public areas, which respects spatial and operating cost, historical relations to the given place and takes advantage of the local traditional materials.
