The main focus of the thesis is the design of a building solution of a four-storey apartment building on the wood base. Architectural study and construction system of all-wall frame panels were chosen for the design. In the theoretical part there is an overview of construction systems, materials and wooden building requirements. The work also states examples of high-rise wooden buildings abroad. The practical part of the thesis and its results are following: elaboration of structural-static solution, design of packaging structures and its analysis of thermo-technical properties, elaboration of drawings for building permit and realization, processing of visualization and production technology of the upper building. High-rise residential buildings from all-wall frame panels can meet all the basic requirements for building construction and they are also suitable for real construction technology.
