The scope of diploma theses was to present the concept of unfair commerce practices and clarify those parts which has something to do with this problematics and point out the need of protection against them. The object of exploration was chosen company and its internal method of protection against dishonest commerce practices. Diploma theses has been divided into six parts. First part is talking about teoretical basis of given theme whereas in second part can be found our proposal for the main goal, how to achieve the particular goals and all the theses methodics. After that we have presented chosen subject, his history, coincidence, present achievements and the scope of business. Our third goal was breakdown analysis about internal directives and their protection against dishonest commerce practices. By accomplishing fourth goal we point out on unfair practices in commerce and the present way of their protection as well as form of questioning and enquiry prospection. We have summarized and evaluated all given information and the results from enquiry prospection in next goal. Six part as a last part is a recapitulation of all found out information from prospections. Based on them we have proposed actions to the company leaders about how to avoid unfair commerce practices in the future.
