Zvolen: TUZVO. 2019.The goal of this Master Thesis is to suggest an investment project, the evaluation of its economic parameters and investment effectiveness – newly founded bakery and café. In the theoretical part of the thesis we are focusing on the theoretical aspects, analyzing current situation of small and medium enterprises in Slovakia and European Union. Last, but not least we look at common methods of evaluating investment effectiveness and their financing.The practical part analyzes and evaluates economic parameters of our project and evaluates its effectiveness. The subject of this investment project is to start new company, that is baking treats for dogs and cats. Alongside the bakery we also start a new café.In a conclusion we evaluated fulfillment of goals of this Master Thesis and suggested some improvements to a newly created company to help in its first few years.
