The analysis of the internal environment of the selected enterprise is the issue presented in the Master thesis. The focus of the thesis is put on the company I.K.M. REALITY – STAVING. The Master thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and research one. Theoretical part is devoted to the issue of the thesis. The terms like strategy and the process of strategic management are discussed in this part as well. Moreover, the internal environment, process and methods of internal analysis are defined there. The research part is focused on the analysis of resources – tangible, intangible and human resources. Financial analysis and assessment of financial/economic indicators: liquidity, profitability, activity, as well as indebtedness is carried out in the research part. Suggestions resulting from the analyses, e.g. on one hand, an increase in business assets and on the other hand, a decrease in foreign capital, are concluded in the final section of the thesis.
