In the thesis I address to conflicts which arising from agricultural activities and during implement hunting law into practice. Both entities practice their intentions in the same area, therefore their conflicts of interest occur. In the first part it is shortly characterized hunting and agriculture, description of the life of the most important species of game, historical and current legislation on damage by and to game. The second and third part is devoted to the aim, methodology of work and research methods. In the fourth part, the possibilities of damage prevention, both by hunters and farmers, are discussed in more detail. We first deal with the damage caused by game. Subsequently, we deal with the eliminations of damage to game. The main goal of this work is to process the causes and possibilities of resolving disputes between hunters and farmers in a comprehensive but concise way. The work provides instructions on how to prevent the occurrence of damage by and on game.
