The main objective of the final work of bachelor studies is to propose an object ofaccomomodation, type of pension. Pension is situated on the bank of Liptovska Mara in villageTrnovec, near Liptovsky Mikulas. The proposed capacity is 60 beds and a separate two-room apartment for the owner. Object hasunderground floors,it has three storeys and counter green roof. On the first floor is the mainentrance for guests with a reception with backgrounds, staircase and elevator on the other floors.There is also a common dining room with kitchen, bar, spacious terrace, ski or bike, wellness andtechnical background object (engine room ventilation and boiler room). On the other two floor aresituated living accommodation for guests, laundry room and the cleaning lady. On the second floorthere are 14 double rooms with balconies, two-room apartment for the owner of the house, and oneroom for cleaners. On the third floor there are 15 double rooms with balcony, 1 triple room withbalcony and one room for cleaners. Before the building is designed of sufficient parking for guests,four parking spaces for staff and a bus stop. The guest house is located in beautiful countryside,near the Liptovská Mara overlooking our most beautiful Slovak mountains. The proposed facilityaccepts the valid project and hygiene standards.
