Corporate culture is a complex phenomenon, that affects business success over a long period of time. Many experts discuss the relationship between corporate culture and business performance with a focus particularly on human resources field. The aim of this diploma thesis is to diagnose corporate culture in Slovak hospital facilities. To this topic we collected theoretical outcomes of domestic and foreign authors. We defined concepts like culture and corporate culture. We have analysed modified OCAI tool for business culture assessment according to the model of Cameron and Quinn under specific conditions of hospital facilities. To some extent, we have tested usage of this tool for the health sector in Slovak environment. Based on data analysis we have set a corporate culture profile in hospital facilities.
