In this thesis we were focusing on building constructions of wooden structures, specifically on building composition made from D2 construction component. We were finding out how will the given construction act in case of fully developed fire and what the temperature development will be. In the way of legal regulation, we investigated the construction law and its basic building requirements, fire protection of the buildings and construction product and evaluation of his specifications and categorizing to list of construction products groups and its use while constructing a building. Next we were focusing on definitions, functionality and dividing of building and fire construction and how will the given construction react to fire and what will be its fire resistance. Next thing was definition of construction component D2 in accordance to legal regulation development and actual definitions also for multi-storey wooden structures. We projected typical composition of peripheral wall of panel (column) wooden structures for flammable construction unit and projected typical composition of peripheral wall of panel (column) wooden structures for new mixed construction unit. According to these projects we used ANSYS program to set time needed to reach flare-up temperatures and what will be the temperature development in given construction. Next thing was to analyze results which we get from calculations and evaluated if the specific materials which are used to make the D2 construction component composition are suitable to use in construction and if it matches requirements on the D2 construction component in the way of its definition in Slovak technical norm STN 92 0201: 2017 Fire protection of buildings. Part 2 Building constructions. According to results we will be able to classify projected compositions of D2 construction unit according to the fire protection standards and set minimal time in minutes required for building to resist against effects from fire.
