For the reason of continuing growing temperature of outside, there is a question how to achieve advisable temperature and quality of an air in interier by means of optimization solution. That's why thesis in theoretical part is dealing with demands of buildings from the view of a temparature stability and factors which are affecting it. Also it describe aggregate of physical guantity which are directly attendant with overheating. The practical part is comparing some construction and technical dolutions for achieving suitable amounts of inetrior temperature without using of climatization devices. The work includes measuring of interior and exterior temperatures so in the final part we can complexly evaluate effect of converted simulations changes and together converting inaccuracy of calculations realizated according to the norms with real attributes.
