The thesis takes into consideration the whole process associated with online shopping, starting from the selection of a product - which takes place in the absence of encounter of the potential customer with the physical product - through storage and transport, to simple assembly without the need for tools and other components.The content of the paper is a detailed immersion into the topic of , mapping of the current situation in the form of product research, which directed the development of the final design of the chair Kyvje.
