The aim of bachelor's thesis is determination of possibilities of wood gluing with surface modificated by laser. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge of laser, gluing, testing of glue joints and also existing results of works of this thesis are mentioned. In the practical part we have devoted to orientional chisel test, which helped us to find out the quality of glue joint with surface modificated by laser. We processed our results of this test and compared them with the existing results of this thesis. The results also include draft of detecting method of strength of glue joint with surface modificated by laser. We chose detecting of shear strength by pull test. In the draft we describe methodology, testing solids and glues, which will be used for gluing solids.
