The topic of the diploma thesis is the influence of the human factor in quality management. The theoretical part will explain concepts such as quality, quality management system, human resources, motivation, employee training. The main part of theoretical knowledge is devoted to motivation. The next part defines the goal and methodology of the work. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the company ZF a.s. Detva. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the current and required state of employee motivation, and the impact of motivational factors on the quality of work performance. Based on a questionnaire survey, we want to find out their satisfaction with selected motivational factors. In the last part, based on the results of the survey, we will propose measures that could be applied in order to improve the quality of human resources use in the selected company.
