In the bachelor's thesis, we focused on determining the effective dose from the intake of radioceses by consuming the fruits and leaves of rose hips / Rosa canina / in selected localities in the cadastre of the village Kozárovce in Staré vinice and in the locality Mochovce. The first three parts were devoted to current issues, the characteristics of the site and the aim of the work. In the fourth part, we focused on the methodology of arrow sampling, laboratory processing, analysis by HPGe detector, analysis in the program FitzPeaks Gamma Analisys and then the calculation of the effective dose by ingestion and the calculation of the area activity of soil at the sites. In the last part, we processed the results into tables and compared them with legislation and available literature. Radiocesium does not have a significant effect on arrows, although the measured values in the soil at the Staré vinice locality were increased in fruits and leaves, the increased concentration was not confirmed and it follows that the plant does not receive radiocesium from the soil.
