Popularity of CLT and KVH construction elements is increasing due to possibilities of use in multilevel building construction. Wooden construction solutions in Slovakia is not so progressive as in other countries. Bachelor thesis deals with problematics of new wooden based constructions. Theses focuses on composition details, material attributes and its reaction to fire and use of them in flammable and mixed construction entity for building up to date wooden buildings according to legislation rules. Detailed comparison showed that construction with use of CLT are better alternative for building multiple level wooden buildings due to its fire-resistant technical and mechanical properties and construction with us of Steico Wall and KVH are suitable for building up to 3 level buildings.
