Zvolen: Technical University of Zvolen, 2020. 72 p.The diploma thesis deals with legislative changes in surcharges and we want to point out their benefits specifically for the company Continental Automotive Systems Slovakia, p. r. about. It is a company based in the city of Zvolen, which is engaged in the production of high-performance brake calipers and electronic parking brakes for leading car manufacturers. The final work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first - theoretical part, we acquainted the readers with the basic concepts, and we also pointed out the changes that occurred after the last amendment in the Labor Code concerning the issues being processed. In the second practical part, we focused specifically on the analysis of changes in the area of allowances, whether for overtime work, on non-working days and for work on holidays. We also paid attention to checking the knowledge level of the company's employees in the given area, so that we could subsequently fulfill the main goal of the final work.
