Bachelor thesis examines the opened possibilities of a private training facility and its advantages for a volunteer firefighter department of village. The goal is to draft out an actual private training facility, which would best suit the needs of a particular volunteer firefighter department of the village, and thus make the training more effective. Its aim is to compare training effectiveness for a department with its own training facility to one without. The introduction into this bachelor thesis deals with legislative regarding volunteer firefighter departments, and qualification requirements for their members. Next, training facilities being used for improvement training, antigas service and others are listed. Conclusion of this thesis describes, and considers the usability and meaningfulness of, a private training facility.
