The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the Proposal of the local territorial system of ecological stability in the village of Prenčov. Elaboration consisting of the study of professional literature, legislation, methodological guidelines, field research of the solved area, in the acquisition and processing of information in the GIS environment. Currently, this procedure has been submitted with a proposal for a local territorial system of ecological stability and ecostabilization measures. Ten biocentres, twelve biocorridors and eight interaction elements were designed in the area of interest. Seven ecostabilization measures have been proposed.
