The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of corporate culture in a multinational company. The content of the bachelor's thesis in the first part is a theoretical elaboration of the issue of corporate culture and the definition of basic terms. Terms such as corporate culture, history of corporate culture, typology, elements of corporate culture, level and content are the basis of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. The aim is to propose changes in the corporate culture in the company. The research focused on identifying problem areas and making proposals to strengthen the corporate culture. To obtain information, an anonymous questionnaire was created, which the respondents received personally from the authors of the thesis. The analysis allowed us to familiarise with the most visible manifestations of corporate culrute in enterprise and to develop strategies ti strengthen corporate culture. Based on the information obtained, changes in the corporate culture were proposed in the company, focusing on those parts of the manifestations that are not so visible or are missing. The analysed company and also its surroundings can benefit from the proposed changes in the corporate culture.
