The apartment building is situated on territory in part of the city of Bratislava -- Petržalka with a view to Chorvátske rameno. Property access road and driveway road which leads to the underground garage, are build to building from the main road. The building has rectangular shape and most of rooms are oriented to the south. New building has six above-ground and one underground floor. In the underground floor, there is situated underground garage. On the first above-ground floor, there are two multifunctional units, cellar spaces, boiler room and service room. On typical floor are accessible three apartments from the staircase. From the before mentioned three apartments are 2 three- rooms apartments and 1 four- room apartment. The building is based on reinforced concrete footings and on reinforced concrete strips on circumference. In building, the cross skeleton system with infill masonry is designed. In the basement, the supporting structure consists of reinforced concrete walls in combination with skeleton.
