Goal of thesis is to analyze the current state of supplying methods in Continental Automotive Slovakia s.r.o. based in Zvolen, which produces automobile break calipers for Hydraulic Brake System division. Based on my analysis for the current state of supplying process merged with supply values I decided to research the supply management procedures. One of the milestones is to provide the researched company with recommendations which could improve supply management and sourcing methods based on an in-depth analysis of turnaround time, turnaround speed and binding coefficient. The source of these recommendations comes from sourced materials amount optimization. Last but not least, to highlight the modern automation techniques used in supply management which in given company derive from Industry 4.0.
