Kľúčové slová (ostatné):
The assignment of the final thesis is to propose the Ambassador Residence on the assigned plot with a total area of 3426 m2 for unspecified country. Propose an object in accordance with the given location in Bôrik, Bratislava city part, taking into account the framework locality program and the spatial-spatial regulations. Part of it should also include a small consular office and at least two full apartments for consular staff and their family members. It is important to design the exterior of the Residence where the social life of living spaces can be further developed. (entrance, public contact, car and garden parking). The plot is located on Jančova Street, in the Old Town, in Bratislava. The plot is longitudinally facing the terrain with the rising north-east slope. The surrounding built-up area mostly including family houses, there are also residences of other Republics, such as the Embassy of the People's Republic of China. The overall environment has a calm character, the roadside orientation on the southwest side of the plot has defined a clear access to land. The main idea was to design a functional residence using the surrounding soaring terrain, where the associated operational activities can be easily separated. The basis is high intimacy of the object, with regard to the creation of consular objects. The overall way of life is extremely controversial and rich, full of many social activities, also organized in this territory. For security reasons, the office is separated from the residence by a settled location and fence. But buildings are technically one compact object. The residence has three floors, the consular building is two-storey. The interior spaces are divided into the consular part and the residential part. The 1PP is a consular office with garages and is accessible directly from the street. There is also a residence for visitors to the residence. On -1.PP we find a representative part - closely linked to the public, consular office. The first floor is part of the staff, consisting of 2 apartments for the consular staff 1 NP and 2.NP a private apartment designed two-storey with a day part on the first floor and the guest room. Night on the 2nd floor with the possibility of exit to the terrace.
