The bachelor thesis is focused on financial analysis, which evaluates the financial and economic situation of the Lesný podnik mesta Zvolen. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, we dealt with the concept of financial analysis, obtaining the data needed to perform financial analysis and a description of methods of financial analysis based on literature search. In the practical part of the work, we introduced the selected company, we performed a test of financial analysis of the selected company using vertical and horizontal analysis, basic financing rules and indicators. Subsequently, we used the Quick test scoring method, which acquainted us with the financial situation of the selected forest enterprise for the period. The final part of the work was pointing out the specifics of financial analysis in forest enterprises and the proposal of measures to improve the financial situation in the selected company.
