The subject of this bachelor thesis is the definition of job category influence on perception of corporate culture. The work is divided into four chapters. In chapter one we deal with theoretical basis of corporate culture, its elements, strength, typologies, sources and methods of the analysis. The aim of the thesis is to identify the impact of the job category on the perception of corporate culture in companies operating in Slovakia. The research method, which was an OCAI questionnaire, is specified in the second chapter. In the third chapter, we analyze how individual job categories perceive the current and required state of corporate culture. In the last chapter we define the impact of the working category on the perception of corporate culture. At the end of the bachelor thesis we evaluate results of the research.
