The aim of the work is to propose the changes for optimizing the movement of material in production and in circulation, based on the analysis of the current state of internal logistics management process in the company TUBAPACK, plc. The tasks and objectives, as well as fundamental theoretical basis of changes management and logistics are defined in the theoretical part of this work. Based on the study of business documentation and personal inspection, we analyzed the current state of logistics in purchasing, manufacturing, storing and distribution. The contribution of this work lies in showing the importance of the impact of changes in the internal logistics process on increasing the economic productivity of the company based on the model of Donnelly.
