The subject of the thesis is to identify landscape-ecological data of the cadastral area of Turčianske Teplice by selected landscape-ecological analyzes according to the LANDEP methodology. The description of the basic theoretical-methodological part is based on the concept of the country, which is inevitably connected with the use of human. The basic feature of the country is that is a complex source of sustainable development. The sustainable development of society and the sustainable use of natural resources require the elimination of existing and the prevention of new environmental problems. A successful tool for enforcing these requirements is the integrated management of the country for which is landscape planning essential. In the practical part we deal with the detailed characteristics of the territory. We have prepared analytical maps of individual landspace structures, which we characterized as natural (primary landscape structure), structure of material elements od land use (secondary landscape structure) and structure of selected intangible socioeconomic elements and phenomena (tertiary landscape structure) in environment program ArcGIS.
