The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics and history of fire brigades in Slovakia. It also deals with work tasks and types of fire brigades under current legislation, the organization of fire brigades in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic and Poland. In the second part, the bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of transferring the DHZO Kozárovce within the scope of nationwide distribution of forces and resources from the B category of voluntary fire brigades of municipality to category A. Secondly, it deals with material and technical equipment of DHZO Kozárovce as well as a proposal for one-day training for ADP users in the Gas Training Center.
