The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose the measures to improve the process of recruitment and selection of employees in the company Continental Automotive Systems Slovakia Ltd by analyzing the process and make it more effective. We have characterized the company in which the analyses were accomplished. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, we have explained the basis of processing management and we have analyzed the processes from divisions to their mapping, identification. We have identified and analysed the key subprocess of the chosen management process in the selected company, which was the subject of our practical part. We have proposed certain improvements of the process according to the drawn up analysis of the company and after some consultations with the consultant.
