Number of pages: 63 s.Our bachelor thesis deals with the recently discussed topic - GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) - a new EU regulation, which became effective from May 25, 2018 and also the GDPR in relation to the employee's wage. We have tried to analyze the EU regulation in more detail in the theme of the work, resulting in the creation of material for the general public dealing with GDPR issues and the processing of personal data for employee wages, also in terms of employee wages. The material in question could, in a simple and comprehensible version, also serve the non-legal public. We first discussed the important concepts that are necessary to understand this subject, and then we attempted to analyze part of the rights and obligations of the participants in the employment relationship, but with regard to the GDPR. We examined the new principles that employers had to introduce in the context of paying employees in a given context, compared the new rules with the period before the current EU regulation came into effect, and in the practical part did not lack the questionnaire survey selected LLC aimed at ascertaining the current level of legal awareness of employees in matters of personal data protection, which has been evaluated, and some suggestions and measures have been taken for management selected LLC to make the detected state more effective.
