The paper deals with design of composite element – perfobond strip. Perfobond stripis steel I profile, termall cutting on half longitudinally direction with regular specialcutting-geometries called composite dowels. Due to composite dowels is cutting steelprofile composite with reinforced concrete slab. By composite steel dowels of profilein longitudinally direction and concrete dowel reinforcement injected in steel plates intransverse direction, composite element resist shear forces. Connection steel dowelsand concrete dowel reinforcement is secure for shear connection and strongconnection of materials.Perfobond strip like composite construction element integrated to composite beamsis applicated for roadway and railway bridge for 60 m of span. By design, productionand construction is inovated technology.The paper deals with using VFT technology. And design of composite dowels by theGerman general technical approval and design of composite stud with head by STNEN 1994-1-1. I deal with calculating the individual resistance of composite dowels andof composite stud with head and then compare resistance to pressure failure ofcomposite dowels and of composite stud with head. And compare resistance topressure failure of composite dowels with different of the distance of the openings,shapes of PZ, CL and the plate thickness of top or bottom concrete cover of reinforcedconcrete slab.
