The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the current state, optimization and registration of production capacities in the company BSH Drive and Pumps. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The first part of my diploma thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of logistics and its goals. In this part, we dealt with production logistics, logistics chain, downtime, production process capacity and time fund. These theoretical starting points served as a basis for the elaboration of the practical part. In the practical part of the work, we presented the basic information about the company, portfolio, and analyzed the current state of the company. Based on these data, we have developed the most important part of the thesis, the calculation of production capacity based on the usable time fund and the coefficient of production capacity utilization. In the last part of the diploma thesis, we evaluated the results and proposed a solution to the company to improve the situation.
