The work presents theoretical knowledge in the field of design approaches that lead to the humanization of medical facilities and a summary of knowledge for the design of an ophthalmological clinic. In the practical part there is a proposal of an ophthalmological clinic, which offers, in addition to the basic professional ophthalmological examination, direct continuation of treatment in the form of medical services in the field of orthoptics, pleoptics and visual exercises. The interior offers complete functional interior equipment for the functioning of the clinic and at the same time takes care of the psychological effect of the space.
